PRIVACY NOTICE of the information of the users of the Public Bicycle System (SBP) “MIBICI”
The Government of the State of Jalisco with tax address at calle Pedro Moreno number 281, Guadalajara Centro, Guadalajara, Jalisco, Postal Code 44100, R.F.C. SPC130227L99, informs you that the personal data of you, including those sensitive, that currently or in the future become in our database, will be treated and/or used by the Government of the State of Jalisco through Public Bicycle System “MIBICI”, and/or the companies or operating companies of the system and/or such third parties that due to the nature of their works or duties have the need to treat and/or use your personal data; for the purpose of fulfill such obligations derived from the legal existing relation between you as user of the personal data and the companies before quoted.
The Government of the State of Jalisco may transfer the personal data contained on its database to any of the operating companies of “MIBICI” Public Bicycle System, and even to third parties, domestic and foreign, except that the users expressively declare his opposition, pursuant as provided by the Federal Law for Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Individuals.
The users may execute the rights granted by the Law, since November 1st of the year 2014, by means of a written request, that must be filed at the Operations Center of Public Bicycle System “MIBICI” .
All the requests filed at the Public Bicycle System “MIBICI”, regardless the mean used by the users, must:

Include name and signature of the user, and an address or other mean to communicate the reply to your request.

Attach the official documents that prove the identity of the user.

Include the description clear and precise of the personal data regarding the rights executed according to the law.

Include any element or document that makes easy the location of the concerning personal data.
The Government of the State of Jalisco reserves its right to change, modify, complete and/or amend, the present notice, at any time, in such case it will be informed by any of the means provided by the applicable law.
